Beautiful. thanks for taking and posting this important picture about those who gave all and for all who that gave.
Excellent! As a Vietnam Vet, I salute you as this is a great capture of this monument to the fallen. You need to submit this to veteran organizations for publication. Thanks for getting up so early and thanks for sharing.
Beautiful foto. I have a number of friends listed there.

Amen Bob. I remember the first time I saw it. I was not prepared for the emotion it brought out of me.

Yes Sir - you are not alone.
Well done. The lights form a walking path for the eye.

I thought I had seen every image that could possibly be taken of the monuments in DC. You've just set the standard, congratulations.
Did you have that view in mind before arriving or was it something that just jumped out and grabbed you? The reflection of the trees on the wall along with the ground lights at that time in the morning is remarkable.
As many have already commented, I too have a couple of friends whose names are there. I was in the Gulf Of Tonkin on my sub, so never set foot on the soil. I can say without doubt though -- The Wall is the one thing that has helped soften the pain of that time. For many years after Nam, we were a lost country.

Beautiful shot. I've wanted to visit the wall for a long time but alas money and travel. I don't think I'll ever see it in person.
As a Viet Vet I have visited the wall many times and this is the most interesting and thought provoking view I have seen. Great job
