Muslims in Switzerland DEMAND Cross Be Removed From Swiss F**g Because It Offends Them. ............ WHAT!?
Muslims in Switzerland are demanding that the white cross be removed from the Swiss national f**g because as a Christian symbol it “no longer corresponds to today’s multicultural Switzerland.”
The Muslim group behind this i***tic demand known as the “Secondos,” began a nationwide campaign in October to urge Swiss citizens to change the f**g to something that is “less offensive” to Muslims.
Gatestone Institute reports:
The proposal to change the Swiss f**g has been met with outrage across the political spectrum and is sure to fuel anti-immigrant sentiments in Switzerland.
Sylvia Flückiger, a councillor with the conservative Swiss People’s Party (SVP), said the demands are:“Totally unacceptable. With our Swiss f**g there is nothing to change. The next thing you know, they will demand even more, that we change our constitution.”
Marianne Binder, spokeswoman for the center-right Christian Democrats (CVP) said: “This is just what was missing, that we need to change our f**g. The Swiss f**g is part of Swiss identity, precisely because it is inviting for all to want to be involved…even the immigrants.”
Stefan Brupbacher, general secretary of the libertarian Free Democrats (FDP) said: “This is utter nonsense. The Swiss cross is an extremely successful and valuable global brand. It is a symbol of success and quality. We will tightly hold on to it, out of love for Switzerland.

I am not Swiss, nor have I visited Switzerland. Read about it though. The scene of Muslims burning the Swiss f**g is no different than the U.S. f**g being burned. Being a U.S citizen, I have witnessed the f**g being burned numerous times. By its own citizens, not Muslims. To burn the American F**g is not unlawful now. Perhaps disrespectful. The demands the Muslims are making. That's for the Swiss government to decide?

Tell me, Terrymac, what fraction does this particular Muslim group you reference comprise of all Muslims who are citizens of Switzerland? And are those of this Muslim group Swiss citizens themselves? Yes, I would agree that that particular Muslim group of unknown number has a lot of nerve demanding such a change to the Swiss f**g, but in a democracy, every citizen has a right to voice his opinion. I'd let democracy decide whether this opinion has merit. As I understand it, usually a majority v**e is required to change a law, etc., isn't it?

It's just that if I used a similar newsfeed and the source turned out to be Fox News, I'd try to find a more credible source to cite rather than use Fox News.
