I think this was very fast service.
Doesn't sound bad all, other than being inconvenienced not having your camera .... Oh hey with all the brown truck talk going on, did yours come by the brown truck.....lol...Tom
Both ways by UPS I have a D610 and a D90 as backup.

I think this was very fast service.
I sent mine on 3/2, Nikon got it on 3/4, and I also got mine back on 3/18. My second D750 isn't part of the recall, but it wish it were so they would clean and adjust it.
What do they do in the recall.. Mine has to go back but they are that buzy they are going to tel me when to send it in,, Just wondering how they fix the problem ??

I think this was very fast service.
My experience was about the same. They replaced the shutter and some parts not in the recall and checked auto exposure and focus. I am happy about that.
I liked that they included an inventory of what was sent them in the quote email. I got the quote letter the day before I got the camera back.
I don't know what they fixed, as my was working great. But they ask for me to send back anyway. I test it yesterday and had to change back to my settings,date,etc.
