It looks to me like this was a getting into the parked car and saw a sparkle of greatness and simply snapped where you stood. But I wasn't there and for all I know there was a huge pit in front of you and did not afford the ability to meander and get a better angle. As it stands I can see no support to the subject for anything just left of the power pole and on to the right edge. So I would recommend cropping that portion out and cloning out the power lines with a touch more contrast to get closer to the deep blacks. Will all that leave you with a wall hanger??? I tend to think not.
Still, it is a cute shot, technically well done, that I'm sure leaves you with some fond memories.

Peter, Thanks for the terrific Critique. You have an excellent sense of picture.
The point of leaving in the power lines and poles was that Living Beautifully often includes a dependence on our local power companies. I don't think I did a good enough job in presentation of that idea. I do have a couple other shots of the same wall painting done straight on but I chose this one because of the power configuration on the right side. From your perspective "cute" would have been perfectly acceptable and I'll probably go for that now that you have pointed it out.

An image with impact related to both intriguing content, contrast and composition (fed by leading lines of perspective galore!) and good depth.
Technically unimprovable.
The sign's message in contrast with the local environment is clear.
It keeps one thinking!
