You just answered my first question! I'd love to raise Orchids, but failed miserably at my first attempt, so decided not to try again until I learn a lot of things first.

growing orchids, a whole lot easier than learning photography. i hope to one day to do them justice with my camera. practise, practise, practise i guess.

I wonder if practice, practice, practice will work raising orchids...maybe not. They die for me in between practices. I'll check them out on the www.

thanks jo. as for your orchid growing don't invest a lot of money in ordering plants or purchasing plants in bloom; go to wal-mart or lowe's they discount their orchids after they lose their blooms. i have $4&$5 plants i wouldn't sell for a $100; a little TLC goes a long way.

Thank you so much. I really believe you would. I also know that everyone here will be quite willing to help you with anything yo need to know about photography. There are some great photographers here and they have been really good to me. Never hesitate to ask.
