Has anyone ever bought equipment from Cameta? They have good prices and look legitimate.

Lots of equipment - lots of refurbs. Prices on refurbs can vary, and Cameta has a good warranty.

Yes, I purchased my Canon 70D from them last year, a complete package with lenses and accessories. Very helpful customer service, a quality vendor in my opinion. ... 8-)

Among the top echelon of reputable dealers. One of the few that will provide a one year warranty on certain refurbished cameras.

I have bought several items from Cameta over the years. Their prices are great, customer service is exemplary, and return policies are more than fair. One more plus for them is that the belong to a website named "EBates.com". If you log on to EBates and click on the link to Cameta Camera, you will receive cash back in the form of a check in the mail from EBates for 2.5% to 3% of your total purchase. When I bought my D610 in August of 2014, EBates sent me a check for almost $50.00. I highly recommend Cameta to anyone.

The are part of the ABC, Adorama, B&H and Cameta. Also check out Roberts camera.

At least with Nikon, requiring authorized resellers to sell at MSRP its one indication that the camera is a US based model. Although they sell grey market, the are actually labeled as such.

Do they have any one who monitors this forum, as do B&H and Adorama. If not one of you locals should let them know about us. We give them enough good publicity so they should be aware of the hogs

I have a refurbished D750 coming today from them. They are a good dealer to buy refurbished products from. They add their warranty to it for a full year.

Excellent choice. The "C" in ABC (Adorama, B&H, Cameta). Best of luck.
