One of my favorite Al Martino songs, which I have never been able to find on youtube or anywhere else, is "Icy Heart," a very melodious tune with pleasing words. Is any one else familiar with it? "Darling mine, I know that you are leaving, and it breaks my heart to see...."

Many thanks Silverhawk.
I scanned the playlists you provided, all the pages, and Icy Heart did not appear. There was a Jealous Heart, but that's probably not it. I don't think I'm mistaken about either the artist, Martino, or the title, Icy Heart. It's a mystery to me. Maybe they released it under another name? Beautiful tune, and I was surprised at the time it was not more popular. I had a copy; I think it was an old 45rpm.
The words went something like this:
Darlin' mine, I know that you are leavin'
And it breaks my heart to see you go (or, to say we're through);
Love like ours must have no sacred meaning,
All because your love was so untrue."
That's the way it was.
Silverhawk,
You're most recent post but one got it, except as you say, it's not Al Martino, but Jack Haley and his group are intelligible, and make it into country rock rather than Martino's lyricism. I have had it in mind for many years. How did you find it so effortlessly? What's your secret?
