There's usually more to the story. Three sides to a coin also.

The have been discriminating for a long time against minorities, except Jewish
Considering the laws of today's work place, I doubt the validity of the accusation. Unless it is an extension of the Supreme Court controversy about conformity to the company owner's religious rules... birth control coverage for women in a Catholic owned business. Extending that belief in Christ is a No No!
Personally I think this has nothing to do with "main topic" UHH. I order from China... hummm how bout that?? Well where do the Addorama and B&H come from..??
I doubt that this goes on and it is an imaginary complaint that makes great news. Perhaps a Hispanic Gentleman wants to use the Lady's Room near to his work station. Sex discrimination? Perhaps.. Unisex bathrooms were part of the theme of the Ally Mc Beal's sitcom. Reporters are lazy and tend to twist words to imply something more than exists.
Both pego99 and jlrivera could be accused of being an antisemites and in another paragraph one would think they were w***e s*********ts. Or that they were devout born again christian extremist. Worse yet that he is a Republican Extremist and that B&H are refusing to convert to Christ and should be burned at the stake, not realizing that in 1992 the Vatican renounced the practice while still practicing symbolic Cannibalism eating flesh and drinking blood of Christ.. yuck.
http://www.nytimes.com/2000/02/18/world/honoring-a-heretic-whom-vatican-regrets-burning.htmlOR for jlrivera & pego99 none of the above is true and the rumor was started by Adorama to plant the seed and get Hispanic business.
I do photography and this is a Chit Chat topic! OH! good it is in Chit Chat!! Yep, I never said it was in the main topic only implied that it was.. Me, misleading, yep. Yes? Boys, let us grow up and ignore such.. political junk.

The New York Post is more like a supermarket tabloid. Shocking headlines and and incomplete write ups.

Hey, It is what it has made itself into, it gave up on journalism years ago.
For the third time in five years, B&H Photo and Video is being sued by employees who say the company has denied them promotions because of race or g****r. Bronx residents Luis Santana and Carlos Marchand filed a lawsuit yesterday accusing the huge retailer of denying them promotions and raises because they are Hispanic, the Daily News reports. And their lawyer says he'll make it a class action lawsuit if more people come forward (which, considering B&H's track record, is a definite possibility).
For those at home playing the B&H discrimination drinking game, note that In 2007, B&H agreed to a $4.3 million settlement with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission after it was found Hispanic employees in its warehouses were paid less than other workers, many of whom are Orthodox Satmar Jews. And in 2010, a group of mostly former employees filed an $8 million lawsuit alleging that they were denied sales positions because of their g****r. The lead plaintiff, cashier Nakisha Cushnie, said that when she showed interest in a sales position, she was told, I couldn't because I'm a woman. That simple. That's it." That case is still pending.
Go Adorama. Go Trump.
