Water Drop Reflection

I have started playing around with water drop reflection photography. The first one I ever did took 3 hours to set up. What an exercise in frustration! The droplets kept falling off. Then after refining my technique and learning a thing or two, it has become much easier and faster.

That is beautiful!

Do you add glycerin to the water. I know it is used in plant/flower photography to 'keep' some water droplets on the subject.

I hope you keep them coming.

The answer to Bill de is YES! Pure glycerine is inexpensive and readily available at just about any drug store.

Pretty cool. I know it takes a lot of practice to get that right. and you created a great pic..

Ive been experimenting with water droplets on glass with colored marbles about 8 inches underneath the glass. I still haven't gotten anything really good. but I keep trying.
