My first thought .. the animal rights activists would go crazy over this in our country. Nice motion blur in the chickens, Graham. It accenutates their urgent desire to escape the handler while the other chickens huddle to avoid their fate. The handler wearing a scarf .. to protect himself from bird flu. It's somethig that never crosses my mind when I am picking up my nicely packaged chicken breasts at the grocery store. Certainly a view into a very different way of life. I wonder how many people in my country would know what to do with a live chicken, or how many these days have ever watched them being butchered.

One wonders if the common and constant reminders of "where your food really comes from" may be a stimulus to the high frequency of vegetarianism in India?
