I would like to know if there is a site where a person may download pictures of celebrities like John Wayne, Steve McQueen. Marilyn Monroe, etc. What I want are pictures that will print at 300 dpi or better at 8 x 10.

Here is a site where you can purchase 8x10 photos -

They might be able to tell you where you can get them -
of course buying them is an option - and then scan at a high resolution if you want larger prints...

It depends what you want to do with them and what rights the sites grant.
