The new castle at Scotney taken from the bottom of the sandstone pit they dug out the stones to build the mansion.
This day the sunlight shining on the mansion and the darkness of the pit just gave the impression of being a scene from a creepy haunted film set.

Usually I don't like a lot of foreground but in this case if you had left it out or cropped it, it wouldn't be as creepy as this is. Then in another instance if you just want the castle for some reason it is there for you to work with.
