It has not yet "arrived", shipping is scheduled for April 25th, but that has already been pushed back twice.

You are generally not shy about expressing your beliefs. Clearly this is a camera that dedicated Pentax shooters have been waiting for, but for others, do you think this body is a compelling choice from what you know so far?

I got to shoot it at CES with the Tamron built Pentax 70-200mm F2.8 lens and was very impressed with its performance in the limited time I had with it. I could compare it with the Nikon D800E that I have shot for 4 years as my primary camera and it compared quite well up to 6400 ISO. I am looking forward to getting them in stock.

Interesting. The comparison says a lot since I believe this body is a lot cheaper than the D800E. Thanks for the feedback.
