after being gone for 3 weeks with a group of UHH members on a trip to Norway I am now home and going through piles of mail--mostly junk.
But there was also some nice surprises as I found 3 of my photos published in some of the magazines I receive!

this photo I took of our neighbors cows appeared in a magazine called Farm and Ranch Living




this photo from my brother's wedding was in Shutterbug




this photo which won the ND Governor's Photo Contest was featured on the cover of a magazine that is used by 32 tour companies to promote tours nationally and internationally [so they told me] and i guess it will be a big promoter for our state when all these companies meet in June!

Wow! You inspire me to get out there and enter. I love your cow photo! It has two things going for it the cows are red and the two on the end look like they are having a conversation over breakfast.

The shots were great--the warmth of the colors, the shadows and the tenderness in the wedding photo, the look on the cows faces--and the article about the cows was interesting, too.
