Im looking to move into the saturated market of Estate Agent Photography. Ideally I need a flyer do send around to prospective agents

I am a Real Estate Photographer. If you want business you will need to meet "face-to-face" with the agents. A portfolio with some of your work will be helpful. Phone calls, emails, and mail-outs will gain you zero. Be sure to place some twilight shots within your portfolio. Pictures speak for themselves so your wording won't mean much.
