Pinhole Body Cap & Zone Plate Body Cap

I know what a Pinhole Body Cap is, but I have never heard of a Zone Plate Body Cap before. I could not find an adequate explanation doing a Web search. Can someone please enlighten me as to the difference?

A zone plate camera uses a series of transparent concentric rings instead of a pinhole as the lens.
