I THINK he uses the "hyperfocal" method...somewhere around 3' to 5'. I'd have to look at the table to know.

I am a big fan of BP. This video also shows that you can/should use a CPL in situations that the sun is not 90 degrees or in filtered natural light. This is point I have not seen made by many people here on UHH.
I love Bryan Peterson's books. I have them all and took his 8 week Internet class and I learned so much. He makes it all so easy to understand. I had lots of Ah Ha moments reading his book and taking the class!
