Get the free Nikon Manual viewer and you can download all manuals to it. I have it on my ipad, phone, and PC.

If you have a smart phone Nikon has an app that will download any of their camera or lens manuals to your phone or tablet. It's great because you always have the manual with you if you have your phone.

Mine came with the manual. Haven't opened the cd to see if it's on there as well.

YES. But I find it much easier to download the PDF manual from Nikon's download center and read the manual on my computer which is a 27-inch Dell. I like using this method because I can use the "+" key and magnify the print. I find the D750 manual's print and the figures much too small. I guess another option is to use one of those magnifying head bands (like the jewlers use) to read the small print.
The D750 users manual measures 4-1/4" x 5-3/4" and is just under an inch thick. My D7000 manual is much bigger - at least the print is bigger. -FiddleMaker
