Good subject direct gaze shot, Dave. As H.B.-C., Brassaï, and others have shown, not all good street images need be candid!

Gorgeous portraiture, Dave. The light is perfect, the background is wonderfully blurred, but the thing that haunts me is his eyes. His eyes are mesmerizing ... you captured that. Nicely done.
