less than 10 seconds in photoshop
use the lasso tool to outline the date
press shift f5 ( brings up content aware fill)
press enter and its done. ( starts the process )
not as good as some of the others but very very quick and easy

im sure if I took my time and did small parts at a time it would be perfect.... I just outlined the entire date....

Unfortunately there is tell tale in this attempt...If I had to guess the smudge tool more or less may have been the culprit.

Nice job BSprogue...

.....Your posting looks good as posted, I would have liked to have seen the original post of it to see how well the cloning worked out......

The first upload was the lowest quality JPEG Photoshop would produce. This one is the highest and posted with "(store original)".

FWIW, I'm in the middle of a course to learn PS. A primary goal is understanding the Clone Stamp and Healing Brush tools. Reading and watching YouTubes convinced me that nothing exists that are this good. In this particular case I quickly used the Spot Healing Brush with Content Aware. It left a couple missing branches that I put back in with the Clone Stamp.

(This looks like a WA State project!)

I couldn't resist a quick try as I've been taking Photoshop lessons! I used the Spot Healing Brush and the Clone Stamp Tool. Photoshop Elements has nearly the same. Lightroom has similar.

PickMonkey has a clone tool. $29.95 a year.

Looks good, could use a little more editing. I don't know why it is, one doesn't notice the edit errors until the photo has been posted as an original and opened as such. I see things on upload that I didn't see at 100 or 200% when editing.

Agreed. I did a very quick "tool test" more than a careful "edit".

I did a Clone tool edit and I do like the results better. Always room for improvement and that is why we are on board UHH for that end.
