If anyone is using Olympus Viewer 3 I would be grateful to hear your views on it. Thanks a lot.

I have it on my computers but rarely use it for anything. There is nothing wrong with it, but Lightroom meets my needs better and integrates with the other programs I use seamlessly.
Oly Viewer does, however, do the very best job of rendering Oly raw files. It has taken me a bit of work to develop a preset for LR to make my newly imported raw files look the way I want upon first view.
I do use Olympus Capture for what little tethered shooting I do.

Thank you for your view. I was using Canon DPP4 but just changing to an Olympus system. I only have a few months experience with digital cameras and processing so I am grateful to you for your assessment. I have noted that the camera manufacturers proprietry processing software is generally looked down on. I have much to learn with respect to processing so it is good to read the views of others with greater experience.
Have it , but never use it. I've been using LR/Bridge/Photoshop too long to learn a different program.
I do hear it works quite well, but that it is SLOW as heck.

It is slow. We get spoiled to speed rather easily and it is hard to go back.

Nothing wrong with OV3, if you can stand the speed. Robin Wong uses it extensively.

Thanks a lot. I viewed some of Robin Wongs images during a previous post and they are a bit tasty. Having viewed the link I think I will try it out prior to buying Lightroom.
