House sparrow 2nd. Very common birds
A Black-crested Titmouse, I believe.
Oopsy. Titmouse it is but I think it is tufted titmouse
The rusty/red sides would indicate a Black-crested, wouldnt it?

My book shows it as a Tufted. The Black-Crested has more black on the crest and the Tufted has rustier sides. Also, the Tufted is more common in your area.
Tufted
Color Pattern
Soft silvery gray above and white below, with a rusty or peach-colored wash down the flanks. A black patch just above the bill makes the bird look snub-nosed.or Pattern

If you call a black crested a tufted, it probably won't answer you. They are two different birds.

Sibley's Field Guide agrees with you. No black on the crest.
Tufted titmouse and a male house sparrow. We have the Tufted titmice here in the east.
I know the first one is a tufted titmouse, but not sure about the second one. Very good shots!
