Great photos! I'm sorry to be so sporadic in participation, and I mention this only because it's been really strange, but since we got back from our cruise vacation, we have had several good friends and church family members pass away. Another one just early this morning, the oldest member of our church - 90 years old! So, needless to say, our heads are spinning a little bit. I took these two photos yesterday afternoon when attempting some macro shots. (None of the macro shots were worth posting!) The view from my dining room window to our front yard. Our house is about 200 yards off the road.
Our mailbox
One of many random cars passing by as we live on a main state road

PG & Cat...you start theday well. Didn't know that there is an access to the inside of the Hoover Dam.
Earlier this winter. The Charny Falls on the Chaudière River.
Be out today for some fresh ones......
Hello everyone, it's been a while! I had a busy 18 days in Southern California, took lots of pictures but no computer time! By the time the day was over with the grandkids I was redy for my pillow...so much fun but the playing and running around with them didn't leave much time for anything else!
Got home in time to unpack and pack again, tomorrow we leave for Italy and a cruise to Greece and Turkey, we'll be back on May 19th! When we made the reservations back in December it seemed so far away and here it is!
Here's a few I took yesterday while riding my kayak...we have a few "new familes" on our lake, so cute! But they don't like to be very close, so it was telephoto time...I use my P&S when out in the kayak...
I don't know when I'll be able to post again in the next three weeks or so, but I'll check in anytime I can! Hope everyone is doing well!

I really like the 2nd and 7th pics. The light was really nice. You've got the photoshop canvas matting down to a science! It makes a nice presentation.

Bryce Canyon and foggy Scotland are great pictures. Were you using an UV filter on the Bryce Canyon shot? The color mix is really vivid.

Well it is is a gorge and the first two I was on a lookout and I'd say 800 feet maybe, maybe a bit less. In the winter we can get down there and walk right to the bottom of the falls. Have been down there but the stairs are more treacherous than the walk on the ice. When the river ''goes down'' in the springthaw that place rocks 'n rolls
