He is getting more majestic all the time. Deer season here just ended so
maybe he will make it through the season there. Thanks for sharing. Dennis

Thank you for looking and your comment -Dennis.
He is indeed a handsome devil and I hope he lives on for a long time to come.

Thank you, MT.

Right now they can't get down to the weeds so are eating pine needles off the low hanging branches.

Nice series, Mare. Hard not to feel bad for them, out in that weather. But on the bright side, at least they don't have to shovel the stuff!

Thank you, Randy.
I feel really bad for the fawns, But with Grannie leading the charge, i know they are in good hands.
Have you gotten any at this time?
Early this week i cleared 16-24 inches from the drive.
Not to mention i cleared another 6" the day before - What the total count was - i have no idea, all i know is- i was tired of snow blowing the stuff.

After the major storm hit - no one ventured out including the deer. I can only imagine how hungry the poor things are .

Believe it or not, it's only snowed twice here this winter--one for maybe three inches, one last week for maybe six, and supposedly we're getting eight inches today, but very heavy and wet, so might not get quite so much. Very different from last February!

anything over a few inches is too much for me. Sure Glad Mother nature is treating you better this year.

Very nice! The eyes are so sharp. You must have a great herd of
deer near you.
