Never thought of triptychs as photo stories but I reckon you're right, they can be if conceived that way. You have surely told the Birthday Story, and created a keepsake for her to have forever. Well done, and a nice concept for us to try. Like the feminine framing choice for this one.

I must confess I have never done a triptych though I see them presented regularly on the forum.

This was one of the first ones I did and sometimes they are a natural.
