Thanks, Billy. I was at a conference last week. Due to the business nature of the conference, I didn't drag my D700 with me. I carried my Leica IIIf, which is more of a point and shoot. The exposure program in my cell phone nailed it with the exposure.

I love it! Some great lines and shapes to study and figure out, or just enjoy the show :)

Thanks, Linda. I appreciate you taking a look and commenting. The scene was quite interesting in person, as well. Thus, the inspiration to take the photo.

Nice--I really like the reflections. What building is this?

Jay, first, thanks for taking a look. The building at which you are looking is called, to the best of my knowledge, One North Central. It is located on the northeast corner of North Central Ave. and East Washington St.

The reflected building on the right side of the photograph is the U.S. Bank Building, located, roughly, at N. 1st. Ave. and West Adams St. The reflected building on the left, I think, is The Hyatt in downtown Phoenix, at N. 1st St. and East Adams St.

Cool capture, Bob!
I think I saw that building a few years ago when In Phoenix for a meeting .Stayed In a Radisson or a Hyatt...might have been the reflected Hyatt?
Impressive reflective view!
Looks like your P&S served you well.

Thanks, Dave. I only wish we'd known of each other when you were here.

Yup, that little IIIf works very well as a point and shoot. Set it at f/11, hyperfocal setting for DOF, and just vary the shutter speed a little depending on the light. Though, this one was metered using an iPhone app.
