Looks like Lr Mobile is a feature I can use. I installed the app on iPhone and iPad. I have a few questions I cannot seem to find the answer via the web or Adobe's site:
1. Does Adobe store the original mobile photo images in the cloud at original image size?
1a. Does Adobe store the original mobile photo image(s) on my computer or external drive after sync?
2. If I delete a photo synced with Lr Mobile from my iPhone Camera Roll or Photo-stream ... is it removed from Lightroom?
Thanks ... I apologize if these seem very basic, I just could not get an understanding via FAQ or search. My next option is to add photos, test, and validate.
Very good, helpful suggestion, TSilva.
Bogin Bob, may I ask a question related to this thread? I downloaded LR Mobile to my iPad and am enjoying using it immensely. By choice I do not have a Creative Cloud connection. When I finish editing in LR Mobile, I would like to export the edited image to Apple Photos, but LR Mobile doesn't seem to give me that option. Somewhat awkwardly, I've been transferring the images to Google Snapseed as if I was intending to edit it further, but after Snapseed opens, I just save a final copy of the image and Snapseed transfers it to the Camera Roll in Apple Photos. Does anyone know of an easier, more direct method?
Sorry - cannot help. The only approach I use is Google Photos auto backup on my iPhone photos. All iPhone photos get automatically uploaded to G Photos when in wi-fi. Now with mobile - it addresses everything I need and since it is a collection - when on the Desktop a simple drag to Publish Services allows me to auto send to Flickr, Facebook and other services.
