if this be Norman's hangover, I must conclude that Norman is one mean drunk! That could not be contrived to appear a more melevolent, evil visage!

Now you're probably going to tell me that Norman is, at heart, just a "pussycat"... right?

your focus, light, and perspective were perfect for the effect achieved.
but...
was it the effect desired?

Dave

that poor cat had one Hell of a weekend by the looks of it. Have no idea how you got that effect; but it works. Almost makes me like cats....almost.

As much as one can plan with filters it was what I wanted. Eyes changed red before applying any filter so I think I can claim effect was as expected.
And he is a bad tempered ornery type of critter but every day he makes me laugh with his ways.

Every time he drinks bourbon my man. He is fine on tequila slammers but just will not listen! Get to know a cat Erich they are amazing creatures. Much smarter and much more fun than dogs of which I have two also.
keep safe my friend.

Funny thing about cats and dogs. You can get impassioned arguments from owners about the virtues of each. Becomes much like the "Nikon or Cannon" debate. Truth is they are both great and not mutually exclusive. Good shooting my friend.

Even with a nice pussycat, it seems, flipping, (mirror imaging) and merging half the face gives a wholly different look.

It doesn't diminish Billy's propensity to provide us with interesting and diverse images. Cheers....

Had this on an enlarged screen. Alice took a glance and jumped out of her skin - which is now lying on the floor. Picture that. I'd hate to meet his guy in a dark alley - or a bright one for that matter. Don't know what you feed your cats in the Phils but this guy looks meaner that a junk yard dog.

Great shot Billy. No questions. Everything seems to work to your advantage in this mighty fine photograph.

Did I ever tell you that Edward Weston had 40 cats on Wildcat Hill in Carmel. He did a little photographic study of them which became a book.

Great job, Sir.

Apologise to Alice for me. Norman of course would find that amusing. He is one sick in the head cat my man. But all has ever known for guidance is me so can you be surprised?
