Different Tool Panel is PS CC

I have a subscription to LR and PS ($9.95 per month). When I look at the tutorials for PS CC on the internet, I see a different set of tools on the tools panel.

I know that it is a matter of the user interface rather than different functions. Still, I have to interpret the tutorials to my layout.

Attached is my tools panel. Why is it different? It may simply be a newer version, but it may be a user option.

Is your local version workspace set to the same as the tutorials workspace?

Looks like the default toolbar has been altered to 'un-nest' some items. View this as your next tutorial for how you can change it to appear as you want it. Or, you can just restore the default settings.

There is a command under the Edit menu to customize the Toolbar. Edit > Toolbar.... Tools can be hidden or retrieved. A reset is there too.

There is also a small double arrow button at the top of the tool bar to switch from single to double column and back.

Great tutorial! I had changed the workspace from Essentials to Photography. This gave me the alternate arrangement of the tools panel. Good stuff! Thanks.
