Haven't shot a whole lot with it, but what I have is tack sharp and super quick focus, even in low light situations where I hadn't really planned on using it. I can't see you having any buyers remorse over this purchase...

A great lens. I have it in the F4 version and I am sure you will like it. The picture quality is the best.

A very capable lens! Outstanding IQ. Here are a couple of "portraits" I did recently. Brought up to full size the detail is very good, IMO.

The only negative I've heard is that it's heavy, but that doesn't bother me at all. I bet you get some great shots.

The screech from Big Browns brakes will wake you up just in time to sign!!!
I did that on an empty stomach, and had to eat before I used the lens!!!!!! :lol:
