Thinning the herd. Just thinning the herd.
Can't connect with the link, and don't know about Dewshine, but do know it's a Mountain Dew product and the kids... they do love their Mountain Dew.
I also know that there are sites, if you search "death by Caffeine" that will give the amount of calories that will result in death in 11 oz soda cans.
It takes the amount of caffeine in 400 cans of Mountain Dew to kill one.
It takes the amount of caffeine in 4000 cans of Coca Cola to kill one.
So perhaps the fixation on Mountain Dew is a Suicide Wish?

As stated, herd thinning. In some cases, it's a good idea.
Personally, I love the aroma of racing fuel. However, that is just the aroma, I'm not into drinking it in any form.

you know, but i do know what paste tastes like.. to this day, i know, bet you do too
WHen the kids were little, i showed them my drill press, i put a rag on the platform, started it up, and lowered an bit onto the cloth, the result was violent and apparently created a long lasting impression on the kids. THey never messed with it. Sort of like what my dad did with guns, They were always there- in every friends house- no trigger guards or safes
weren't necessary. . He showed me how to load it, shoot it., etc., took all the mystery out of it, and taught me the power it represented. But in al the fights i have been in, not once has the thought crossed my mind to shoot anybody. THis is a common story among people who have been brought up around guns. It frankly isn't an option
unless the other guy has one- then they better be good, because I am- but no other guy has ever had one. . Has to do with knowing the danger and teaching kids about it
so they know.
There are some things you can't protect them from, I prefer it to strapping them into and living in a straight jacket and padded cell to keep 'em safe, so you have to teach them and hope it took
I am not sure that anybody would foresee this one. It is a true blindsided tragedy. Hopefully they are the rag on the drill press for the other kids
