I once asked a guy I knew (mostly a nice guy) why the dev**e religious men of Islam are so weak willed that they can't control their lust and impulses. Most of the rest of the world can do it, why not Islamic men? He sort of sputtered and did say it was mostly the low class, ignorant and uneducated men who acted that way.

Based on the article, I would say the iman sounds radicalized & not main stream:
"The mosque has been investigated by German intelligence in the past, and was raided in 2004 to break up a 'secret network of Arab Mujahideen', according to Breitbart."
However, many Muslim men seem quite sexually weak if the mere sight of some female flesh ignites their loins and drives them mad !
