Thanks. I see them on occasion. This time there was a bear hanging around so I didn't take a lot of time to get my settings the way I wanted.
Hope you see them someday.

Good start. I suggest that you research both "Norther Lights" and "Aurora Borealis" on the Flickr website, to see which lens angles, ISO, shutter duration, and aperture render results that you like best.

You are most fortunate to photograph the Northern Lights and this is a good effort.
Quite a number of photographers go up there and never seen them.

Buy some Bear Spray and learn how to use it, oh and you did very well with your Northern Lights too. :thumbup:

there is a solar flair app out now that might help. I haven't tried one yet. But, I will be looking for one to use this year.
