I took the picture a few years ago and it was too bright and the colour was wrong, it was at my camera club and with so many wanting to get pictures it was not easy to get the right settings (me not knowing much about portraits with studio lights) correct and not much time... I liked the pose so I have worked on it and with Bobs (rlaugh) permission I used the last picture in his great Delicious Drops Set....

Critique welcome....

I have added the original picture if any one would like to have a go on it...

I kind of like the original. You know there's a type of photography called Hi-key photography . . . and you nailed it on the original.

Very nice high key portrait. I tried adding some makeup and shifted the light around a little to help with the modeling of the face. I used CC 2015 and Portrait Professional.

That's the ticket; take advantage of what you've got with a little adjusting in post. Looks really good.

Thank you roadking11, glad you like the original. Like SoHillGuy you have done a great job and I like it. Two very different looking pictures but both great... I use CC 2015 and have Portrait Professional. I sometimes think that the Portrait Professional alters the face structure too much but in this case as the picture is not going to bee seen by the girl as it was taken a few years age it is no problem. Were the lips done in P Professional?

Not sure if the model would like it but with the download there is not enough information left to get a decent "normal" shot. Might get an awful lot more if you use the RAW file.
So had no option but to "art" it up a tad.

Yes, the lips were done in Portrait Professional. I used a pale lipstick and a little contrast. PP can alter the face shape a lot if you let it. I have had the program for years and still learning.
