Don't forget, the money will set in the PP account until you except it, if not it never gets deposited to your account.

This is something new to me. When someone sends me money, it goes straight in to my PP "balance" and I can access/use it right then. I have never had to "accept" any payment.

I wonder if it's a different type of PP account?

Same here; goes right into account. You can then decide if you wish to leave it there and spend money from it or move to your own bank, which takes about 3 days to show in your bank. Your email address is your account and when the buyer is sending you money, they just put in your email on there end with their PayPal account and click send and viola, money is there.
When you receive money, there is a 3% charge from PP, so you don't receive all the money that they have sent. Let's say you are to receive $100. 3% of that goes to PP, so you end up with $97.
You can have buyer send as a PP gift, but then the buyer has no recourse if there is something wrong with what you are selling them. Just food for thought.
This is one reason why I like BOA. No fees and it goes right into any account with any bank you wish.
Hope this helps those out there who are not up on PP.
