Tell the pros who use em-1s that it is not a pro body. And how do you know what the next em1 is going to offer? Maybe you should start your own consulting company. You seem to know better than the company. You sound like a hidden gem.

Are you saying that the EM1 is a pro body used by pro's? if you are you are more stupid then your comment.

Actually, in this case, tdekany is correct. There are pros out there shooting with Olympus and Panasonic 4/3rds cameras. And some of them even have a Pulitzer Prize and shoot for National Geographic to prove it.

Why are clueless people giving out advice? What is worse is that you actually shoot with m4/3. This is the most ignorant post I have seen in a very long time. You sure made a fool out of yourself.

Is that how you admit that you are wrong? By threatening some one over the Internet? I feel for your parents that they ended up with you. Can't be much fun.
But it sounds like you are one tough guy. I hope you are better at fighting than your camera knowledge. One doesn't need to be a pro to be informed about photography or gear - you are obviously clueless about m4/3. Nothing wrong with that, as long as you admit it. You made a false claim and I corrected you. Bottom line. Of course if you were in front of me, you wouldn't be doing anything. Trust me on that.

That comment makes me wonder, T: Have you actually used an E-M1?
Put a PRO lens on it and then taken it through its paces?
Or are you parroting what so many folks who have never even held a m4/3 camera, much less used one, are saying, because full frame is supposed to be the only sensor that can deliver good pictures?

I will not talk about how good or bad the photos from full frame cameras are because I have never held one of them. But I can assure you that I actually shoot with a m4/3 and get top-quality photos.

Were you raised by wolfs? And you call yourself a pro photographer? LOL. I sure needed a good laugh.

In case you forgot, you may want to read your reply to me. See who insulted whom. Glad to see you be part of this forum. LOL

What are you talking about? The bloke said the em1 is not a pro camera and no pro uses one. I corrected him saying the the em1 is a pro body and pros use it for pro work. He then said that I was stupid for making that claim. So I asked the question why clueless people give out advice. Plus if you bothered to read my signature line, you would see what I use. How can you read what I wrote and think that I was questioning the quality of m4/3? Is this the twilight zone?

I am in front of you now....I never set out to prove anything or give advice...I would never back down from the likes of you...believe me you8 are nothing. Period! What am I wrong about? what advice did I give? I do not know any pro's that use Olympus em1's for pro work...that is the advice you think I gave? I never said it was a bad camera...I just said it is not what a pro uses for pro work..I am not wrong...would you go on a shoot for pro work with a olympus em1...or is that my ignorance? because you think 16mp four thirds cameras that rate as not pro cameras in every magazine and on every site is wrong? I am sorry but from what angle is Olympus EM1 a pro camera? It is a good 4/3s camera that is all... I never gave any advice Mr Ignorant tdekany I would say it was you being rude to me when you do not know anything about me....so do not try and stop me from talking on this forum...you scare no one here...and don't bring my family into this...that shows weakness to me of your character..

2 of us already told you that pro photographers use em1s for pro work. Why are you still denying it? Can you be this ignorant? Really? Let me tell you again: professional photographers use em1s/em5s/GH4s for professional work. Please don't ever reproduce? Pretty please?

Whatever you believe you believe...but I do not know one Pro Photographer who goes out and shoots pro work with a Olympus EM1...that is all I said...I do not believe that is a pro camera...as for shooting for National Geographic is about composition not pro cameras...to me not pro work...so maybe we are missing what we mean as pro work...which is another question :)
