Hello Billy, while it's a fine picture of a worthy Filipino apartment complex I feel that it falls more in the architectural or social documentary field.
Thinking again it might be the fact that it is lacking a field that, in my mind, might exclude it from the street photography genre.

Billy - I strongly believe that "street photography" includes capturing any scene a sentient photographer happens upon as he/she walks along an interesting street. IMO this is a great photograph. Well done, sir!
