This past fall I borrowed my favorite Red Head little boy on a rainy day with the intention to photograph him in his rain gear and the umbrella in hopes to have some photos to play with in the Winter while practicing photoshop. Here are a my first two "creations". I know they will not be liked by all as they are manipulated but the boy and umbrella and location are all true to the shots. I suppose we could call this photo art...I am just learning and sharing. I hope you enjoy. :)

I don't understand the 2nd photo. What is so "artsy" about it? Haven't you ever seen a goldfish look at people before?

Illustration of how high their humidity was.
If she had included a little more sky you could have seen the submarine races.

alissaspieces, you have gold fish looking at you all the time?

Love #2!! How unique and creative too, not that I am a master of unique, it's just plain 'ol good!

Is that a fire emblem on the back of the boy's rain coat?
Dad or Mom a fireman?

Practice makes perfect!
Good ones.

Very good, I do like the second.... Did you do the pose with the fish in mind or saw the picture and thought of adding the fish?

The first on is cool. The second one made me chuckle...its pretty whimsical and I can imagine that is what I might look like were I to see a fish going down the sidewalk. :-)

The second is my favorite, but I wish I could see a larger version of it.

Does this mean that you are venturing into conceptual photography?

Thanks! Yes that is a fire emblem, just came on the jacket I think. Actually, my husband thought I should get rid of it, said it was distracting....lol. I don't think either are fireman. THank you so much!!
