The true rusted on believers better start offering up prayers and learn to love the rinos, your only way out of a demographic black hole decades in the making.

Do you think the NYT will ever "report" on the fractures within the Progressive movement?

They're a day late and a dollar short on this analysis. The lasting split has already taken place. The Tea Party asked for (demanded) certain changes when they launched a Republican majority in congress in 2010. Those promised changes haven't happened, and the recent Paul Ryan budget is proof of that.

Now the established ruling class needs to decide whether they continue with their present objectives or to become representatives of the people.

It is increasingly doubtful whether Hillary will be able to keep her lies hidden until nomination time. If she does, her candidacy will implode before the general e******n. If she doesn't, it looks likely that the next president of the United States will be an outsider. Whether it's Trump or Sanders or someone else, it won't be a president representing the objectives of the ruling class in Washington.

If disgruntled murmurings on the left ever get as loud as on the right, then a headline like..."The Peasants Are Revolting!" might be in order. (to borrow a phrase)

Ya'll Liberals are just trying to manufacture more fear mongering when the real fear is embedded in the Liberal party.

This is something Liberals fear the most.

That may be true, but the "disgruntled murmurings on the left" aren't as loud, and the e******n is coming.

It appears possible, maybe even likely, that the nominee will be some combination of TrumpCruz. (I wonder who the VP nominee might be.)

The question is this: can a Trump-or-Cruz ticket win 79 e*******l v**es in addition to those of the Red States to achieve Victory, when the Dems need only 29 EVs plus the Blue States?

Conservatives want improved wages, economic security, and improved immigration; establishment Republicans want still more tax cuts for the super-wealthy.

Can this combination exist together?

If Not, what remains of the Party?

I don't have any problem with your first two paragraphs, but I think you're confusing Hope with Fact about Hillary. I know you h**e her. Doesn't matter.

If she 'keeps her lies hidden until nomination time,' why do you think her candidacy will implode? Seems just the opposite.

Republicans have h**ed Hillary for (how many?) years, and never accomplished anything by it.

Presumably, she'll be running against Trump or Cruz; that's an easy choice for any rational person living in reality.

This Nation isn't going to elect as President any candidate whose mantra is increased Tax Cuts for the Super Wealthy!

Whether it's Clinton or Sanders matters not at all to me; any conceivable Republican Candidate is the Death Star.

What "fractures' are those, and how do you distinguishe them from Healthy Debate?

The fractures among Republicans are profound and lasting. I don't see any possible compromise for them. Do you?

I actually don't h**e Hillary, but it doesn't make any difference whether or not I h**e her. Her implosion will come from the public's or the v**ers' distrust of her.
