Neat image. It's called Freestyle Ladder Climbing, Freestanding Ladder Climbing, or Free Ladder Climbing.
The link belows seems to be the basics on how to climb, and I'm sure the wood blocks at the bottom of the ladder help stabilize it. S-

Hello Don, excellent capture. A little selective brightening of the guy would separate him from the background giving him more impact. As it is the bright reds of the ladies shirt and the red crate draw the eye away from him. The composition is good. I like it.
