The people v. the B*M
A look at how the feds have and have not punished individuals for defying regulations. http://www.hcn.org/articles/the-people-v-the-b*m-bundy-hammonds-malheurOne of the reasons Ammon and Ryan Bundy and their armed friends are holed up at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, deep in the frigid sage plains of Oregon, is to protest what they see as an unjust punishment of a father-son pair of local ranchers, Dwight and Steven Hammond.

perhaps we already did... I think legally, the land belongs to the Paiutes. Their treaty was never ratified, but they are ok with the government managing the land. The ranchers have no claim and should be removed and imprisoned for 5 years.
They are breaking the law to prove their point. Of course you are on the side of the criminals, no? Muhammed Ali also broke to the law to prove his point... and paid the price.
On the other hand, the Bundy's with mega-federal loans, are acting a bit hypocritical.

Certainly not evident from your reply Homer. Did you watch the complete video, not just the first 30 seconds (I realize it's quite long for some lib's)? In case you didn't, it has to do with an out of control Federal Government and their never ending land grab whether it's from the indians, Mormon's or someone's private land. :?
The bundys are gonna get theirs soon enough. The feds never forget.
