If you have flagged several, you can go into Library grid view, add a flagged filter (attribute) then select all that show up in the grid view and export them as a group.
Exporting would be done by selecting the entire group, then right click on one of them while they are all selected and select export.
OR
Select the group, and while selected go to FILE/EXPORT in the top menu of the Lightroom Window.
