Bunkershot Loc: Central Florida

I currently use a Neewer 750ii speedlite on my D7100 and plan to upgrade to a Nikon SB700. I'd like to give the Neewer to my daughter for use on her Canon 20D. Do any of you Canon users know if it is compatible with the hot shoe on the 20D?

Just checked the Neewer manual.It says that the lite is compatible wit E-TTL. Would that make a difference?
