I don't pretend to necessarily know the particulars of how-to, but perhaps you should detail, for the savvier amongst us, what the mechanism was for your e-mail transmission.

Specifically, was your e-mail correspondence directly from your e-mail program to the buyer's, or was there an intermediary site through which you two corresponded? If so, which site? Regardless, what type of computer are you using and what is the e-mail program you're using?

I received an email via UHH and responded (I thought) the same way.Thanks for trying to help; however, his offer was very low and my counter would have been a win-win. If he cares he will try again. Again, thank you.

Probably why Admin suggests transactions be conducted VIA private messaging. It stays on the site, and can be accessed from any computer. Note also what Admin says about divulging private information in a public forum. Good luck with your sales.
