Having my camera on me when I work two days a week at a golf course gives me the opportunity to practice shots of wildlife. Obviously I enjoy trying to catch birds in flight or just standing. No tripod with me. Practicing with my recently purchased Nikon D750. So far I love the results. Thanks for viewing!

I use back-button focusing, continuous AF and 9 focal points. That is the only tracking I've used so far.

Very nice! I admire anyone who can get great shots of BIFs. Well done. Looks like you are going to enjoy your new camera.

Thanks. I've picked up a lot of fine tips from this forum. Now it's putting them to practice.

Thanks. Got lucky on the first one as I hadn't switched my camera to burst mode. The heron took off and only had a single shot. Did I say lucky? Yup!

All are nice but #3 is worthy of NG or Audubon.
