If you are a Christian or a Jew, may you have eyes to see God's will and ears to hear His still small voice as He leads you into something new. As God leads you into that something new may you have the courage to believe that with God all things are possible.

Yes, you have to be sort of quiet yourself somewhat or you will not hear that still, soft voice.

It's been several years since I've taken an entire day (24-hours) of holy silence, where you don't make eye contact with anyone, don't use the telephone, television, radio or internet, but simply read and meditate. Those are excellent memories....
