Have you ever darkened the sun? Same principle here. Set your camera so that the green is too dim to show in the photo. Keep those settings. Then use a strobe. experiment with settings on the strobe until it will illumine the room.

If I overcame the multi color rotating lights, what would happen to the color of the people and the clothing? There were very few "posed" shots.

3. have everyone jump and then shoot when light is only on floor

The answer to your question would be to put the image in a photo program to remove it.
