I cannot seem to get my printer to grab and print using the front feed for larger paper. I've tried to use the UTube videos, but can't seem to get it to work. Any assistance will be appreciated/ Thank you

Not familiar with the layout of feed rollers on the 9000, but if you can see and touch the rubber rollers you can clean them. Get some kind of rubber restorer (rubber rejuvenator, platen restorer - I service printers for a living and we use a solution called INX). Wet a small spot on a soft clean cloth and rub away! Often you can rotate the rollers by hand. Make sure to power off and unplug the printer. This assumes the printer is actually trying to feed the paper. If it is not, probably have something broken inside. Good luck!
