Oh, Wow-you found a Spoonbill nest!!!! Please keep us posted. I have never seen the babies. I love all of the photos. Most people don't realize how beautiful a Cattle Egret can be when they get all of their golden breeding plumage. Looks like yours is well on the way.

I know nothing about birds but am rapidly becoming enraptured. Will be checking the nest weekly and look forward to seeing them myself.
