Whether it's conceptual art, abstract or just a doodle, you gotta admit this one is fun :)
Treepusher suggested I "work" my apple shot :)
It's amazing how well the leading lines show in the abstract. Well done! S-

Thanks, Steve! For now, it was serendipity, maybe someday "on purpose!"

I prefer the original.......from your by line similar to mine I may have a go.
I love the pretty swirls and bright colors of your abstract but still tend to prefer the original, Linda.
Mmmmm It appears Mr Treepusher was either seriously wrong in his suggestion or you got it badly wrong in execution?
Superb wonderful original shot screwed completely by doodling.
Did I mention I was not enamored with your transformation.
Forgive me if I forget and remember the very impressive original.
Looks like some fun was had. Think about this shot with a big bite taken out of the apple. That's what I wanted to do!!
A fruitful ( ) product of a fertile and well exercised imagination.

I like both images very much. Why, three object theme, complementing colors and visual guidance with lines and triangulation.
AS always in the Camera Club there is a BUT. As in,but if mine, I would crop 1/3 off of both top and bottom so that the photo would focus in on the threesome.
Perhaps on the abstract I would have perhaps cropped 1/6 off of top and bottom and changed the aspect ration to widen.
Keep up the adventures Linda.

LOL - now if I'd just exercise the rest of the body :) Thanks for your visit and comments, R.G. Merry Christmas!
Additional thought .... those lines at the bottom are very important. One must play to decide what is important.
In art, one way to determine if the lay out is right is to invert and/or take off glasses so that the image is blurred and you have only the colors without distinct focus.
Thanks so much for your time and comments, D. I appreciate very much! I'll give your suggestions a try when I get to my other computer.
